⏭AIIMS Medical Entrance Examination
AIIMS entrance examination is conducted by AIIMS, New Delhi for admission to the MBBS/BDS course offered by various AIIMS institution. The AIIMS institutes are in New Delhi, Patna, Raipur, Bhopal, Bhubaneswar, Jodhpur and Rishikesh.
⏭AIIMS 2018 Online Test
The AIIMS MBBS 2018 entrance exam will be conducted on 26th and 27th May, 2018 (Saturday & Sunday) and the results will be declared on 12th June, 2018 (Tuesday). The AIIMS 2018 entrance examination will be conducted only in Online Mode [Computer Based Test (CBT) ] in two shifts (9:00 AM to 12:30 PM and 3:00 PM to 6:30 PM).

⏭AIIMS 2018 Exam Pattern
The AIIMS 2018 Entrance Examination will be of 3½ hours duration and will have one paper consisting of 200 objective type (multiple choice and reason-assertion type) questions from Physics, Chemistry, Biology, General Knowledge and Aptitude. The distribution of questions is :

🔻Total Questions: 200

🔻Standard of Examination: The general standard of the Competitive Entrance Examination will be that of 12th class under the 10+2 Scheme/Intermediate Science. No syllabus has been prescribed by the Institute for the examination.
🔻Marking Scheme: Each incorrect response will get a score of -1/3 (minus-one-third), Each correct response will get a score of 1 mark and, No credit will be given for the questions not answered, More than one response will be treated as wrong answer and negatively marked.
⏭Eligibility and Qualification required for AIIMS 2018 Examination
🔻Age: Should have attained or will attain the age of 17 (seventeen) years as on the 31st of December of the year of admission. There is no upper age limit in AIIMS 2018.
🔻Essential Qualification: Should have passed the 12th Class under the 10+2 Scheme/ Senior School Certificate Examination (CBSE) or Intermediate Science (I.Sc.) or an equivalent examination of a recognised University/ Board of any Indian State with ENGLISH, PHYSICS, CHEMISTRY and BIOLOGY.
🔻Minimum marks in aggregate: The minimum aggregate of the marks in ENGLISH, PHYSICS, CHEMISTRY and BIOLOGY obtained in the qualifying examination required for appearing in this examination are :
General and OBC candidates: 60% SC/ST/PWBD Candidates: 50%

⏭Number of Seats in AIIMS
100 seats for Indian Nationals and 7 seats for Foreign National are available for admission to MBBS course in AIIMS New Delhi. In the Six AIIMS like Institutions (viz: Bhopal, Patna, Jodhpur, Rishikesh, Raipur and Bhubaneswar) with intake of 100 students each, the reservation policy followed will be 7.5% ST, 15% SC and 27% OBC, for Indian Nationals. The two new AIIMS located at Nagpur (Maharashtra) and Guntur (Andhra Pradesh) will have 50 seats each.
